| 内容記述 | 知的障害のある自閉スペクトラム症の示す行動障害において、障害福祉従事者の重要性が指摘されている。先行研究では、障害福祉従事者がこだわり行動に困難さを感じていることは明らかになっているが、要因については検討されていない。本研究では、知的障害のある自閉スペクトラム症が示すこだわりに対する障害福祉従事者の困難さについて検討することを目的とした。データを分析した結果、知的障害のある自閉スペクトラム症の示す【物へのこだわり】や【言葉へのこだわり】、さらに【行動障害としてのこだわり】に発展した【こだわりの捉え方】の難しさが【支援の一貫性】を阻害し、結果として【支援者のストレス】となり、支援の困難さを形成していた。 | |||||||||||

| 内容記述 | The importance of disability welfare workers has been noted in the challenging behaviors exhibited by autistic spectrum disorders with intellectual disability. Previous research has shown that disability welfare workers experience dif_culties with obsessive behaviour, but factors have not been examined. The aim of this study was to examine the dif_culties of disability welfare workers with regard to the particularism exhibited by ASD with intellectual disability.
