| 内容記述 | This paper aims to analyze the hypothesis that the improvement of the essence of physical fitness will cultivate children's physical competence. In order to study this, a physical fitness test and a physical competence test on elementary school pupils were conducted, and the results of both these tests were analyzed. The results of the research are summarized as follows. Namely, the improvement in children's essence of physical fitness works on the establishment of their physical competence positively. That phase is more obvious as the grade goes up. In the stage of lower grade of elementary school, the level of essence of physical fitness doesn't achieve as much as it effects on the establishment of feelings of control. The improvement of children's essence of physical fitness should be studies further. Moreover, it can be noted that the examination of index of physical ability which is appropriate for the pupils in lower grade of elementary school should be needed as for future measures. | |||||||||||
