| 内容記述 | The condition of labor relations shows disturbance. This is due to the labor policy that is aimed at management efficiency on the side of employer. Employer have taken on lots of short term or casual job employment because of their convenience according to the terminable Labor Contract. Thus, the laborer has found himself in unstable employment conditions. They can't have stability for long. Not only this, but they forced to bear inferior working conditions. The Government has issued a policy to counter this condition. It is called The Encouragement for Formal Adoption and Wage Increase. However, we haven't confirm good results yet from that policy for this situation. We must recognize how awful this labor employment situation is. After that we need to effectively explore room for improvement through scientific insight. This paper is on that sense of question. I have looked at this problematic situation from the point of view of the Terminable Labor Contract, and I have thus explored improvements in the aforesaid labor condition. | |||||||||||
